So... I haven't been very good about tracking my foods these last few days or so. However, I have been able to avoid a gain. I just didn't really loose any extra weight. I have been reluctant to work out since hurting my knee. I know I just need to buck up and do it but I am suffering from a mental block that is keeping me from doing it. Today, I hope to turn that around because both my house and my body are suffering for it.
