Not sure I know how to describe how I feel right now. Started "Biggest Loser" Challenge at work which started on 1/1/10. We weigh in on 6/1/10. I didnt do as well as I did last year. I have lost about 13lbs since january but the scale just wont move now. I am not very strict with my food intake but i exercise quite well I think. ..I just the need the motivation to go back to writing down everything I eat and counting calories...Calories in calories out. Lord help me!

It is hard, but if you really feel God wants you to do it, you can depend on Him to help you. Ask Him what He is *really* asking you to do, and once you hear His word, you will also have the ability to obey. He never asks more of us than we can do. Make it a faith thing! I'm talking to myself too...because I have never kept up with recording my food for a period of time. I'm doing it now because I believe it will teach me some things. If we're accountable for every bite that enters our mouths, we will start to see patterns and learn from our mistakes instead of repeating them due to unawareness. God bless you! Wanna be my buddy? =) I've been so busy lately that I don't know how much time I'll have for socializing here, but I would like to. In the past, when I participated in groups of fellow dieters (online), it helped. Having fellow dieters who are also believers makes it even better, because we can encourage each other in the Lord. Hello DianaBanana! I havent been on this site in almost 2yrs...I really appreciate your comment. I just finished a 21 week program at my gym with a physical trainer. I lost 38lbs. I am very Thankful!...I am motivated to continue. How is your journey going?
