Decided to restart as new scales show I am heavier than I thought and I haven't committed myself as I need to. joined Biggest loser challenge as i dont seem to let others down as much as I let myself down so I can use this as a big motivator. 103 kg and looking for 88kg by end of year. A big ask burt achievable if i work hard, get rest and recovery time, and eat healthily.
