Amarok's Journal, 30 March 2008

So far this week has gone well - but it could go down hill as I hit a massive crunch to finish up my results for my comittee presentation on Thursday and prepare for my first interview - I see my gym going getting more sporadic as the week wears on. Hopefully, with grocery shopping there will be more fruits and veggies to snack on - however, there will also be more yummy stuff to get into trouble with. Frankly, this week - the thesis is more important that the diet, but binging on junk probably won't help me - so hopefully I can keep myself going with lots of veggies and small encouranging chocolate treats and lots of water and soup to keep myself hydrated. That is one thing I've been slipping on, which is odd because I've always been a water drinker. Its gotten better now that I've got a sanitary water bottle in service again. Here's to surviving this week in one piece and not getting whatever bug is threatening to take hold. I don't have time for even a cold this week.

Remember to breathe...Crunch time can be so amazing and so stressful. Good luck on your first Interview. And I believe in encouraging Chocolate treats as well...They do wonders:)
