Loading day 2 over with, Day 1 of the VLCD. This is so freaking easy as the guess work is taken out of what to eat - Making lunch for work is super quick. Can't wait to see the results!!!!!

On the menu today is:

Strawberries
Steak
Cucumber
Melba
Apple
Chicken
Asparagus
Melba
163.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
