You fucked up. You decided to stop eating right and exercising all summer long and you ended up gaining 20 pounds as a result instead of losing weight like you originally intended. It is what it is, but now I have to make good. I HAVE to eat right. I HAVE to stay within my allotted calories. I HAVE to be conscious of snacking and overeating. I deal with this all the time, but now it's the real deal. I'm almost as heavy as I was before I started exercising years ago and it feels really shitty. The 20 I gained has to go ASAP. Then, 25 more pounds. It's going to take a lot of will power, but this fat just cannot stay. I feel like shit. I don't feel pretty anymore. It's unacceptable. Start over and make good on this TODAY.
