i am officially stuck. for two weeks i keep going back and forth between 169.something and 171. ugh. sucks a$$.

Have you cut out food 2-3 hours before bed and alcohol? Those are my two quickest weight-loss strategies. :) Also, keeping an eye on your grains helps. (The word "enriched" is a BAD thing and if you avoid it, you will end up with good doses of really healthy fiber) I know I am stuck at 166, and I feel your frustration... I hope you have luck this week!

thanks millie! i usually don't eat within 2-3 hrs and i haven't had alcohol in a while so i don't know what it is. i think i will keep an eye out for the word "enriched." i just went to the gym to get out some frustration haha. good luck to you this week as well =D
