Well kind of shocked to see my last weight in here.... so definitly good since then.. but NOT AT ALL where I should be at this point. Trying to get my ass in gear!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
