Had another great day in the gym....but I have to stop skipping breakfast. After my supplements it is time for lunch, maybe I need to get up earlier.

Trying out the Adobe and Parmesan Crusted Tilapia tonight, going to change the Adobo seasoning up a bit since the wife doesn't like it.

You should never skip breakfast - its the most important meal of the day, don't cha know! lol Really though, even with the suppliments, you should have your breakfast, even if it is just a banana or something.

great bit of advice....I am trying to make sure I don't overdo it on protein per meal but didn't think about doing fruit and some oatmeal...that is the plan for tomorrow!
