My knee still hurts but feeling a little better. Moving around the house more today. Cross your fingers that tomorrow I can truly workout again. I could tell that I didn't yesterday with my mood and motivation levels. Cravings also kicked in. Ugh. The last 2 days food entries are not quite complete. I do well in the am but come afternoon and evening, I feel like I need to eat even though I'm not hungry. I know it is in my head but that doesn't make it any easier to deal with sometimes.
