Ok! Here I go on my way to my new life! I am so thankful for my nephew, James, introducing me to this website!! Say prayers for me! I need all the support right now to get me motivated right now. Have a great day!

Ok, just put in my calories for breakfast and lunch. I only have 600 left for dinner. Well, no more negative thoughts. Just going to plug on thru and go ride the cycle for 30 minutes. Bye for now!

Ok, so I went over my RDI today. Tomorrow is another day. I will commit to adding 30 minutes on the recumbant bike tomorrow. Night all!
