Too much work, too many parties...not enough veggies and exercise! Also, been drinking WAY TOO MUCH these days to help with shoulder pain...maybe I should go to the doc instead of drinking away the pain? Total wake up call (that and I should've known something was up when my pants were getting snug). Need to keep track of everything this week and get more exercise in my life!!! Hopefully the change in the weekend work schedule will help...need to start writing stuff down again!
