I have decided to set some goals:
I have lost 10 lbs so far

Next goal is have lost 10% of my body wieght (18.7 lbs) so 168.3 by September 29

Does that sound reasonable?

It seems like such a long haul. I was told I would be at goal by November 21st but dosnt look that way.

When they get you started, they base everything on a 2 pound per week loss. From what I have seen here and elsewhere that is a very ambitious number. One to 1 1/2 pounds per week seem more realistic. Goals are good, just keep them reasonable or you may get very disappointed and then end up sabotaging yourself. You are doing great!!!

I agree with Annie. The program is based on gradual weightloss. Losing weight to quickly is not healthy. Stay focused and follow the plan. You will get there.
