Another great day at the gym. I love chest and triceps days...I went up 2 lbs today, but pretty sure its just water weight. I posted some new pics today!
We tried the baked crab rangoon tonight and wow they are good too. I haven't found a recipe on here I haven't liked yet, and so low in calories.
Heading to Louisville Kentucky this weekend for my lil brother's bachelor party. Going to try to do the best I can eating out for 3-4 meals.

Thank you Brooke! Hope you have a great weekend too! I am going to do my best, but I know Saturday night we are going to Bearno's Pizza, my absolute favorite pizza place in Louisville, so that means I will have to eat really healthy all day to make up for that pizza!

Pizza is deadly! What am I saying.....the weekends are deadly! We'll just have to hold each other accountable, we're going to "the city" for a day trip on Saturday & I'm nervous about having to grab food too!

Ft. Worth...it's sad, the nearest mall is over 70 miles away from my house :,( Where I live you'll go grocery shopping & see 10 wearing the same shirt!
