I ordered the start-up kit for Sensa and started using it on August 28, 2012. I don't know how it works, but it DOES, and that's all I care about! It doesn't have any taste (the sweet side does have a nice sweet smell, but I can't smell the salty side at all). I've been good about using it on everything I eat. About 3/4 of the way through a meal, I just find that I don't feel like eating any more of it. I have finished off a couple of meals, but they weren't very big.
I weighed in on the Sensa start date at 264.8, and Tuesdays will be my weigh-in days.
