Motivated! Went to the gym this afternoon and had a really good workout. :45 on the treadmill at 3.5mph with arms pumping. Then :30 of calensthenics and stretching. Feeling great! Felt a little light headed after the gym and had grocery shopping to do, so grabbed an orange juice to level my blood sugar. A whopping 220 cals for one bottle! I have to be careful with those hidden/empty calories. So far so good. Bought lots of healthy food at the store and motivated to get this weight off for good :)
