I have lost 26 pounds since January... I try to exercise and stay active everyday although that is easier said than done sometimes....I eat "right" for the most part although I have my days but i try to get back on track and stay there if I have a slip. I was invited to join this by a friend of mine...we have been working out together and trying to keep eachother on track but are both kind of in a slump!
