So, this is my first day. I'm hoping to get some more motivation in keeping up with my diet and exercise, as just relying on myself has not been working lately. I did manage to eat somewhat healthy so far today, and I got in some good exercise, so that's a start. Now, if I could just keep this up...

This is the heaviest I've been since shortly after I gave birth (and it's been almost 3 yrs since then). Not too proud. We are moving from FL to KY in 2.5 mos, and having a going away party on May 10. I would like to be in BETTER shape by then, but I don't think it's enough time to meet my goal, and that's fine. Alright people, help me out here!! Thanks, Tracey
