today my weight is coming 170lb......i hope i can bring below 170 in d coming week n maintain it there......i have been trying to keep my calories around 700 on down days but i believe sometimes my intake exceeds d level a bit...but still they do not exceed 1000 i m sure. BY d way can anybody tell me how many calories i must have on d up days......all d best to friends trying to lose.....cheers

I'm failing miserably especially on the UP Days. I'm resolving to use my TDEE(Total Daily Energy Expenditure) as my UP Day upper limit. thanx....i guess it'ld b easier in d coming days/weeks. but still i'ld try not to eat a lot more on up days as d body gets used to feeling hungry more.
