Dont know how my weight went up 2 pounds then dropped back down.Im hoping it was muscle i gained while exercising.Also, today was the only time i got so much sleep, i know that was setting me back as well.
So this is the beginning of week 2 and im hoping to see a drop on that stupid digital scale next week.lol.or im not goin on my office beach trip.lol.
Well, off to walk at the park now.
ps-last night was the first night i endulged and had a craving for snacks n fast food,but i only had HALF of everything i craved.so i didnt feel that bad,besides i havent snacked all week.
