I've lost 20 lbs in 4 months (5 lbs a month) and I'm hoping to keep it up and lose another 20 lbs by fall. I've been doing an hour of cardio 5 times a week and just eating normally (not dieting but not over-eating) I do pilates once a week, and after I shed a little more fat I will start doing more muscle conditioning. Not looking to be super-skinny, I want to be fit and comfortable.
