I've lost two pounds since my boyfriend and I broke up less than two weeks ago. It's been really hard lately because I still don't have a job, and I haven't been sleeping well. It feels good that I'm losing weight though. And my roommate told me I look skinnier, so it's nice that someone noticed. And the exercise itself helps me feel better too. But I think the most helpful thing for me is just being around my friends.
