I'm on the express plan and was wondering how should I split up my proteins for each meal? They want me to eat 4 oz of protein for each meal. My main question is what do you eat for breakfast. I've been eating turkey sandwiches (4oz turkey, 2 pieces light bread, and mayo). I don't know what other kind of protein to have for breakfast that i can just fix and run out the door. I don't ever have time in the mornings to make eggs, and I cant have that every day anyways. What are you guys having for breakfast? Does a turkey sandwich sound ok? I mean after I eat that I still have a ton of food left for the rest of the day. I'm definatly not starving.

Hello - Good luck on your plan. I'm on the Epress Plan too. I eat 2 slices lite toast with two tablespoons reduced fat peanutbutter, 8oz of skim milk or yogurt, and a small apple. This meal keeps from getting hungry the best.

I didn't read anywhere that we could have peanut butter. Where does it say that at? And I cant down skim milk, the best I can do is 2% and I don't think they like that idea. But I guess its that or nothing. And I can only eat so much yogurt. Sometimes I have a hard time getting my one serving down in the mornings. Didn't they also say that we cant eat out for the 4 weeks? They must be crazy! I have a life and I'm gonna live it, while eating out if I please. I'm gonna do my best, but if I wanna eat out with family and friends, by golly, I'm gonna do it, and enjoy it!

I can understand your frustration, but remember - if you always do what you always did, you won't lose weight. To lose weight you have to change some habits - you can still eat our, just watch where you go (use your restaurant guide) and watch what you order. I stick to chicken or fish, with salad and dressing on side; and Big glass of ice water with lemon slice! You can do this!!! Peanut butter (natural or low-fat) 2 tablespoon = 1 pro or 1/2 tablespoon = 1 fat Under: Nut/seeds - Nut Butter....
