This weekend was rough for me. When I was grocery shopping, I spotted some new Oreos that the cream is the same as the Dairy Queen Blizzards. I probably stood in the store looking at it for 5 minutes before walking away. But they stayed on my mind all weekend. I didn't cave in and go get them, but I did over compensate with some sugar free Dove chocolates. That combined with a low intake of water has me worried that I may not hit my 2lb goal for my weigh in tomorrow.
I got some new Sketchers Shape-ups this weekend. Wearing them now. They feel so good on my feet. Will see if I am sore at all tomorrow. I plan on starting up my workouts again this afternoon. I think I will just do a WATP video today and start over with my EA Active tomorrow.
