I have been suffering from Post-partum Depression. It's finally the end of it and im motivated to blast this fat off. Been on a low carb, no red meat diet. I have much more energy and will power to stay consistant.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
