keto and intermittent fasting is doing wonders for me. I've somehow fallen into the habit of eating homemade keto pizzas every day. Its working
228.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
