Took a break on really watching what I'm eating and exercising...but good news...I PASSED MY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST...FINALLY FINALLY PASSED MY RUN WITH 31 SECONDS TO SPARE! Now it's time to continue to condition my body so that I never fail again, especially now that I know that I CAN RUN! For the past two weeks now I've been working in a warehouse where I've been doing a lot more than just sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day...I wish this was my permanent position.
