Well here I am. Going to give it another 'kick at the cat'. I so need to lose at least 20 lbs to start feeling good about myself again. Any support that anyone can offer would be very much appreciated. I am going to give an honest try as it has worked before. I need to journal, I am going to journal!!!!!! Here every day.
