I had to cut my intervals short today. I'm still doing 5:1 walk/run. I made it through 3 runs before I had to stop. I got too hot which made me feel sick and lightheaded and made it hard to walk or run. Time for plan B. I have a little fan on my treadmill and I had the ceiling fan on but that was not enough. I have a stand up fan in the bedroom. I'm going to bring that out next run which is the day after tomorrow and have that blowing on me as well.
I'm trying to wait to make my appointment for the doctor when my hubby makes his appointment for his surgery so I can go to the doc the same day and only take 1 day off work. Until then I just have to keep cool and make sure I don't get too hot (like this morning).

Thank you!! I'm trying to figure out how to add a picture of me on here. I put 2 pictures of me side by side, one from last year at the fair and one from this year. The difference is amazing. I looked so fat last year.... I couldn't really tell a difference until I saw the 2 pictures together. Holy crap!!!!
