388 cal for yesterday. Checking in late because of log in issues. Had a really bad day yesterday but at least it kept me distracted from eating too much. I'm most proud of my choice when forced to eat out yesterday afternoon. Only 250 for a restaurant meal is spectacular and I even managed to eat only half of it!
