:] So, this will be my third time trying to lose weight. I started losing weight with Weight Watchers and it was working pretty good, but it doesn't seem to anymore. I've gained most of the weight I lost back and now I'm ready for a new me. I want to be able to love myself.

any diet will work as long you do a lot of physical activityies. so To me " i dont carre what i eat as long as its healthy food; & excercise."
