Alrighty...
I haven't been keeping up with my food journal or anything, however I KNOW I have been good about calories (except yesterday, I will admit, but that was one day) and I have put on a few pounds!!! Grrrr. Only a few, but I seem to have reached a plateau and can't seem to get past it. School ends in a couple of weeks and I think I am going to have to use the time I have available after that to try new workouts and push my body. I want to be at least down to 150 ideally and my goal was 150 by the end of September which means about 16 pounds between now and then. I have got to find a way to kick my body back into gear.
