Still not feeling so well. I think it's sinuses. But I managed to lose some weight. Likely because I'm really not that hungry, but hopefully I can maintain it and not gain it back.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
