Staff party today. Ate food I’m not used to, so didn’t feel too good when I got home. Ate macaroni to absorb the acid and took a nap. Tomorrow’s another day. :)
154.3 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
