My goal is simple, drop 40 Pounds lol. Drastic moves for a drastic weight loss however i still want to maintain a healthy body Ive done my share of research so Ive decided to start off with a low Carb Low Calorie diet and a good share of cardio , gradually shifting into Calisthenics. Ive never been a fan of calisthenics Exercises and would rather just run and lift my way to victory but i think adding this element may shock my body back into the shape it once was or close enough.
