Weighed in again....Naked and Afraid! After a 16hour fast, sips of water and 4 miles of exercise. 217.5....after my BREAK FAST I weighed in again at 219, so I am happy. Having issues with over net carbs and under on F/P, cals are fine. Better luck next week....I will persevere to say focused.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't see anything to be disappointed with here. I always weigh before I eat or drink anything and you probably dropped a little bit more than you are showing.
