Weighed in again....Naked and Afraid! After a 16hour fast, sips of water and 4 miles of exercise. 217.5....after my BREAK FAST I weighed in again at 219, so I am happy. Having issues with over net carbs and under on F/P, cals are fine. Better luck next week....I will persevere to say focused.
