So happy to see the weight falling off. Especially since I am at my moms and haven’t worked out in a few days. I’m not tracking my food right now, but I am working hard to only eat three meals with a couple of healthy snacks in the day. I did quit eating at 8 o’clock last night. I am excited about this trend and I’m going to try hard again today to keep it going. Have a great day, everyone!
