I have enjoyed my time with LA but have had to adjust thier diet with their approval several times to take out the LA bars, and go vegetarian with added fish and following the Petite Advantage book ideas of only having carbs in the am and few and whole. We are missionaries, and have an active social life that often tempts me to eat unhealthy foods. I have to be true to LA and Fat Secret to loose weight and do what's right! Please help me!
