Thanks everyone for your support. I've been riding my bike on my days off and walking on my breaks at work. I'm trying to be more active, but I can't lift like I did in my 40s. I'm drinking moderately, like 2 drinks a day. I don't want to be a tee totaler, I like the release of alcohol. I'm eating less sweets, less overall.
