I had crept back up to 370 last weekend. I turned 53 Friday and have been telling myself for about a month that I am going to get crazy serious about dropping some weight. I’m Going to try something crazy and go for losing 100 pounds in 100 days. The plan is to do 20 hour fasts and just eat between 5&9. Also shooting to do a Keto style eating plan. I should be able to do anything for 100 days, right.
