I'm almost down to my last weight before vacation a couple weeks ago. but I'm still down a solid 80lbs from just 8 months ago. this is still so hard to believe that I have lost so much weight in just a short time. I down loaded the APP on my birthday 2017 and had my first weight in a few weeks after that at the Dr office. I was 333lbs at the Dr office. I'm estimating I was over 345lbs to start. I didn't have a scale that would go that high. Now at 253lbs I'm feeling so much better. I can walk without pain, I can go up steps with out being winded. and now people are starting to notice. I went from a 52 pant size and today 42 pants are falling off. crazy right. the wife said yesterday it has been 20 years since I've been this size. wow!
