Every once in a while I’ll have a free meal, it’s a meal out of my Plan of Eating But the next meal I’ll go back to my Plan depending on time & calories. This way when I’m wanting a specific food item I can enjoy without the guilt. Yesterday I planned my free meal for mid-afternoon, which means no dinner. I chewed slowly making sure each bite was mush, this helps my digestive system, laid down my fork between each bite so not to be shoveling my food. The sad part was I’ve not eaten sweets in a while & that bite of dessert my husband had made my tummy hurt, so there’ll be no more sweets for me
