Well, things are going much better, I'm back on the downwards path. Husband has completely given up. He cheats and cannot believe he is no longer loosing weight. Yesterday, I wrote down everything he ate and showed him the calories/carbs, he couldn't believe it. I make dinner, so he does well there, but his snacks and other meals - not good. He promised to get back on track, I hope he does, the doc says his sugars were a little high this time. I don't want him to end up diabetic like me.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
