I feel like crap. I started my period and feel like a freaking whale. I haven't been counting calories like I should be. All I want is sugar, but at least my blood sugar has gone down a little since I've been exercising more. Glaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
