I have been doing Weight Watchers since December 29th. It has been a complete life style change. My husband and best friend follow the plan with me. My best friend made life time in June by loosing 30 pounds, and I am on my way. I have currently lost 40 lbs. I have started jogging and wakling regularly, 5 times a week as well as being much more active with my two young children.
