I have been going up and down 5 lbs for the past few weeks. I need help. Practically starving myself through the week, I lose a few lbs, the weekend comes and I go right back up. What do I do?
141.4 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
