Today is my beginning...I actually started three days ago, but every day is a new beginning, LOL. I'm doing the 10 min workout by Tony Horton and trying to eat healthy. I'm actually doing 3 workouts a day so it's more like a 30 min workout, but I'm sore in a good way. Waking up my muscles and fining strength I didn't know I had.
