I think I will add walking to my morning exercises. I feel I need the steady movement to loosed up my hip and legs. It will feel good now that the wheather is turning cooler!

good job on adding that to your routine, :) I enjoy my morning outside as well. Gets you out of the house and if you have an ipod you can listen to music and just think and reevaluate everything and it is just plain relaxing even though it is work. :)
