Still no movement 🤦🏽‍♀️... but I’m not giving up on losing my last 8 pounds 🏃🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️
178.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
