Day 17: No bad food and down 2.2 pounds.
Day 16: 229.6 had a busy day today, had a training for lunch and went out to eat even though I had my lunch then after a rosary ended up eating dinner at 9:30 pm and let’s just say I didn’t make the best choices there either and to top it off I had sugar loaded sweet tea. Ugh!
227.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
